Do you do custom design orders?
Yes! We help in the design process from start to finish to help achieve your vision. From sketching out and creating the design into embroidery, choosing apparel colour and style, we help you step-by-step!
Custom Design minimums
Custom embroidered apparel minimums start at just 5 items (can different colours, but must be same style ie. sweatshirts), and depending on the scale of your project we can turn small product runs around in less than a week.
What type of thread do you use?
We use the highest quality, sustainable thread available in the embroidery market which truly stands by the longevity and durability our apparel.
Custom design fees
Custom design fees are waived with orders over 10 items. Custom fees are *nonrefundable.* Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
We spend a lot of time creating custom designs. We create *ONE design with the information provided, changes can be made within this design only. Custom designs are made specifically for you, we do not sell or remake these designs.
do you embroider on personal items?
No, never! We stand by the quality of our apparel.
Custom Product and Thread
When sourcing apparel not carried in our shop, we cannot guarantee the color matches the mock image precisely (ie. it ). We strive for thread accuracy, but screen differences can impact color perception.
