To qualify for unit order pricing, there must be a minimum of 30 items sold. All items are designed and embroidered by us. We use the highest quality, eco-friendly threads.
How do I get started?
- Share a wide variety of apparel styles and colours to your team.
See unit order catalogue here. - Message us with selections and your embroidery request/vision.
- Approve design mock image sent to your email.
- Share your team's unique online link for everyone to order directly from.
- Your apparel ships for free and is delivered right to your unit.
- Have a great shift!
Are there any benefits for me organizing this?
For group orders (over 25 people), we offer the organizer or unit a store credit worth $100, applied to ANY of our apparel! Win!
This credit must be used within same order period/shipment.

How long does the process take?
We are pleased to offer a fast turnaround since we handle all aspects from design creation to stitching! Please allow 5-7 business days for your custom design creation. Orders are then fulfilled within 10 business days after approval of design/order date.
What is pricing like?
We create your custom unit embroidery design for FREE.
Prices are discounted from our retail prices.
Price includes a left-chest or center placement embroidered design up to 4x4 inches (standard) in size.

Long Sleeve Shirt Vintage or Jersey: $34
Basic Crew Sweatshirt OR Quarter-Zip: $44
Vintage Crew Sweatshirt or Sponge Fleece: $61
Hoodie: $62
Vintage Hoodie or zip-up: $64
Add a sleeve personalization:
Sleeve name/symbol/initials: $6 per sleeve (default placement is left sleeve).
What sizes are available?
We carry sizes XS-5XL, depending on the piece.
Shipping
Ship everything together to you or your unit: FREE
Ship to each individual's mailing address: flat rate $10
**You must email us to let us know you would like to opt out of the units order**
All pieces are systematically packaged and arranged alphabetically by first name for easy distribution.
If shipping items separately from unit orders, our flat rate shipping fee will be applied to each individual order regardless of spend. *please message us if requiring this as this is a special request that cannot be prearranged in the online checkout process*
What is the exchange/return policy?
Because this is a customized order, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. We prioritize your team's satisfaction, therefore, we encourage your team members to contact us if they encounter any issues with their order.
